D'Addario NYXL45100 NYXL Bass Guitar Strings — Regular Light 45-100 Long Scale
NYXL power for long-scale electric bass.
The D'Addario NYXL45100 brings the NYXL formulation to long-scale 4-string electric bass in a Regular Light 45-100 gauge. Regular Light gives an even, balanced tension with a bright tone and a tight low end. Built around D'Addario's NY Steel core with a reengineered core-to-wrap ratio, these uncoated strings thump harder, bend farther, and sound thicker than standard bass strings, with a familiar feel and boosted low-end.
Higher break strength and tuning stability.
The NY Steel core and Fusion Twist process give NYXL bass strings greater break strength and markedly better tuning stability than standard sets, plus accentuated harmonics where it counts. A fresh set settles in fast and holds pitch, so you spend less time at the tuner and more time playing. Every set carries a Players Circle code on the recyclable, resealable VCI bag.

- Core: NY Steel — high-carbon, for strength and tuning stability
