Returns must be in brand new condition showing no signs of wear or use, such as belt buckle scratches or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, scrapes or stinch.  It must be an unopened item, in an original shipping package or container. It needs to be returned with everything that was shipped including but not limited to cases, straps, cables, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the item including free promo items.  A return authorization number (rn) is required for all returns and can be requested up to 5 days after delivery.
